Our community is very close to many parks that are maintained by Baltimore County. We are serviced by Perry Hall Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. The Baltimore County Public Library is only 1.6 miles away. There are also many grocery stores, specialty stores, and restaurants in our immediate area.
All homeowners are members of the Cedarside Farm Homeowners’ Association. The Association is self-managed by a voluntary Board of Directors and Board members who carry out various duties. All homeowners pay homeowners dues annually. For 2022, our dues are $300.00 per year. The dues are used primarily to maintain the common grounds within the community, including lawn care, tree maintenance/removal/replacement, mulching, etc.
